Terms and Conditions

Providing the Products

  1. Delivery Costs: The delivery costs will be clearly displayed to you on our website before you complete your purchase. You’ll know exactly what to expect with no surprises.
  2. When We Will Provide the Products: After we accept your order, we’ll reach out to you with an estimated delivery date, typically within 7-14 days. Please keep in mind that this date is an estimate. If your products arrive a bit later than expected, don’t worry—we’re doing our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
  3. We Are Not Responsible for Delays Outside Our Control: Sometimes, unexpected events can cause delays in getting your products to you. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and work to minimize the delay. While we’re committed to keeping you informed, we can’t be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If you’re facing a significant delay, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any products you haven’t received.
  4. If You Are Not at Home When the Product Is Delivered: If you’re not available when your delivery arrives and it can’t fit through your letterbox, you’ll receive a notification. This will include instructions on how to reschedule delivery or where to pick up your package from a local depot.
  5. When You Become Responsible for the Goods: Once we deliver your product to the address you provided, or you or your chosen carrier collects it from us, the responsibility for the product passes to you. Make sure to keep your delivery details updated to ensure a smooth handover.
  6. When You Own the Goods: Ownership of the product transfers to you once we’ve received full payment. Until then, the product remains our property.
  7. Reasons We May Suspend the Supply of Products to You: There might be situations where we need to temporarily suspend the supply of a product. These could include:
    1. Addressing technical issues or making minor technical adjustments.
    2. Updating the product to comply with changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements.
    3. Making changes to the product that were requested by you or communicated by us.

Price and Payment

  1. Where to Find the Price for the Product: The price of the product, including VAT, will be clearly shown on the order page when you place your order. We strive to ensure that the price we provide is accurate.
  2. We Will Pass on Changes in the Rate of VAT: If there’s a change in the VAT rate between your order date and the date we supply the product, we’ll adjust the VAT you pay accordingly, unless you’ve already paid in full before the change takes effect.
  3. What Happens if We Get the Price Wrong: Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where a product is incorrectly priced. If we spot a pricing error before accepting your order, we’ll adjust it accordingly. If the correct price is lower than what was stated at the time of your order, we’ll charge you the lower amount. If it’s higher, we’ll contact you for further instructions before proceeding with your order. Should we process an order where a pricing mistake is obvious and easily recognizable, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, refund your payment, and request the return of any goods provided.
  4. When You Must Pay and How You Must Pay: We accept payments through third-party providers, and full payment is required before we dispatch your products. Rest assured, your transaction is secure and straightforward.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

  1. We Are Responsible to You for Foreseeable Loss and Damage Caused by Us: If we breach this contract or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage you suffer as a result. A loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it’s obvious it will happen, or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might occur, for instance, if it was discussed during the sales process.
  2. We Do Not Exclude or Limit in Any Way Our Liability Where It Would Be Unlawful to Do So: This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breaches of your legal rights concerning the products, and defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
  3. When We Are Liable for Damage Caused by Defective Digital Content: If digital content we provide damages your device or other digital content due to our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or compensate you. However, we are not liable for damage you could have avoided by following our advice, such as applying a free update, or if the damage results from your failure to correctly follow installation instructions or meet the minimum system requirements.
  4. We Are Not Liable for Business Losses: If you are a consumer, our products are intended for domestic and private use only. If you use our products for commercial, business, or resale purposes, our liability will be limited as described in the relevant terms.

Other Important Items

  1. Nobody Else Has Any Rights Under This Contract: This contract is solely between you and us. No other person or party has the right to enforce any of its terms. Additionally, neither of us needs permission from anyone else to end or modify the contract.
  2. If a Court Finds Part of This Contract Illegal, the Rest Will Continue in Force: Each paragraph of these terms operates independently. If any court or relevant authority determines that any provision is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full effect.
  3. Even if We Delay in Enforcing This Contract, We Can Still Enforce It Later: If we don’t immediately insist that you do something you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking action against you for breaching the contract, it doesn’t mean you don’t have to comply. Similarly, we can still enforce our rights at a later time. For example, if you miss a payment and we don’t chase you immediately but continue providing the products, we can still require you to make the payment later.
